Service Areas

Interior Design Services Throughout Long Island

Long Island Interior Design provides services throughout both Nassau County and Suffolk County, and we also serve surrounding New York areas depending on the project.

Nassau County

North Shore Villages and Central Nassau

Western Nassau is dense with older, architecturally distinct housing — center-hall colonials, Tudors, and mid-century splits in Great Neck, Manhasset, Roslyn, and Port Washington. Projects here often involve updating interiors without erasing the character of the house: lighting, paint, furniture scale, and window treatments do most of the work.

Through Garden City, Mineola, Jericho, Syosset, Woodbury, and Plainview we see more formal room layouts and larger post-war homes. Further south in Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, Massapequa, Rockville Centre, and Long Beach, projects lean toward family-durable furnishing and coastal-facing rooms — Long Beach in particular brings condo and apartment work where storage and layout matter more than square footage.

Suffolk County

Huntington Area, Central Suffolk, and the South Shore

Around Huntington, Cold Spring Harbor, Dix Hills, and Melville, homes tend to be larger and set on more land. Great rooms, two-story entries, and finished lower levels are common — and all of them need furniture planned at the right scale to avoid feeling empty.

Through Commack, Smithtown, Hauppauge, Stony Brook, and Port Jefferson we do a great deal of practical family work: kitchen and bath selections, family room furnishing, and repurposing formal rooms into offices and playrooms. On the South Shore — Islip, Bay Shore, Babylon, Patchogue, Sayville, and Ronkonkoma — water proximity, boating, and outdoor living shape the material choices.

The Hamptons & East End

Southampton to Montauk

East End projects work on a different clock. Southampton, Bridgehampton, Water Mill, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Westhampton Beach, and Montauk homes are often seasonal, which means installations are scheduled against a hard opening date and frequently managed while the owner is elsewhere.

Salt air, sun, sand, and periods of vacancy also change what we specify: performance fabrics, washable slipcovers, and durable outdoor furnishings are standard rather than upgrades. Rental properties add another layer, where the finished space has to photograph well enough to drive bookings.
